With Love and Rage

A photo series and publication about how the deep climate worry of GenZ is turned into activism, and activism permeates all aspects of life, zooming in on the activism of the artist and her sister.

Goal

Through a juxtaposition of photos shot during actions; depicting activist tactics, getting water cannoned, or shoved by police; with shots of life at home, seeking solace in community, the project wants to showcase the humane side of activism. These people fighting for our future are just two worries siblings, not radical, anonymous missiles, as the news often portrays them.

Target audience(s)

People unfamiliar with the climate activism movement. Those even critical of it and the people in it.
